Shipping and Handling
Customers may choose to have items shipped via United States Postal Service or UPS. Additional handling will be charged for special orders or special shipping requirements (such as 2nd day air). We ship Monday through Friday. We usually ship within 4-7 business days. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we may be out of a particular item at one time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item, remove the item from your order or place it on back order. USA orders only.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return has to be made within 14 days with company approval. We will promptly exchange it or refund your money. Shipping and handling is not refundable.

Returned Checks
There is a $25.00 charge for any check returned by your bank.

Melt Warning
Products with high natural butter, mango butter, shea butter, cocoa butter may melt in transit from the store, or en route to you home vial Mail Order. Because we cannot control the temperature from our door to yours, we issue a "melt warning" for certain solid products during the summer months. We give this warning because we cannot guarantee they will arrive in their original condition. As a result, we are unable to reship or refund products that have suffered heat-damage in transit.

Melting is Natural
Melting is a natural reaction to heat. In fact, some of our most nourishing products lik body butters, massage bars and bath melts are designed to melt at body temperature. These products are just doing what they're supposed to do. They don't know any better and instead of fulfilling their destiny and making you feel lovely, they make a mess in your bag or shipping box. Be aware of the season and use caution when ordering products rich in natural butters.

Order Early
Avoid the summer melt down by ordering your favorite body butters, massage bars and bath melts in late spring -- before the days of summer come around and your body craves that extra nourishment.

Keep 'Um Cool
To keep your products cool and solid in the summer, try putting them in the freezer or refrigerator - you'll be surprised how lovely and refrershing they are when chilled or frozen! It is not absolutely necessary to freeze or regrigerate, but do be sure to keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or other sources of heat.

Product First Aid
Should your products become soft or melty, try popping them in the freezer until they reconstitute.
